The top of our Hario Deco Coffee pot was dropped and we are sad. ( Notice the passive voice is used so that the guilty party shall not be named. :) )
http://www.harioglass.com is the company. We have the Deco Vacuum pot with stand. We contacted Hario in Japan and were told that the Deco has been discontinued. The newer model is called the Hario Nouveau. The top of the Nouveau appears to be the same as the Deco but unfortunately we were then told by Hario that the Nouveau model was also discontinued. We are hoping to locate a replacement model somewhere online. Thanks for any help regarding letting us know how to go about getting a new one! One word of information: The Nouveau part BU-NCA-3 NCA-3 is a 3 cup capacity syphon and will not work since we need a 5 cup variety.
